Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northwest

It was your typical hotel. Pricing was a little high but otherwise well kept up beside elevator could use an update.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was so friendly. We stayed for 2 nights and used the pool which was small but clean. It was kid friendly. The buffet breakfast wasn’t huge but the quality was good and well stocked, 24 hours coffee was a bonus. I recommend it.

The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were all nice. The halls smelled musty and so did our room. The buffet breakfast was mediocre. The room was nice otherwise. The stay was fine and we were close to everything. I don’t think I would stay there again because we wanted to go the another breakfast spot because their breakfast was not good and because of the smell of the hotel and hallway. The elevator was loud and creepy and made you think it would get stuck.

First let me share with you that this was an unusual visit regarding this morning's brief stay at the Fairfield by Marriott in northwest Indianapolis My vehicle had a catastrophic failure and I was stranded on the freeway exit ramp p maybe a 10-minute walk from the Fairfield inn & suites Marriott Northwest indianapolis. What's daybreak hit and I had a vehicle service technician diagnose the bad news about my car and it needed to be towed. In the meantime I was cold and damp from being in the car for a few hours until daybreak so I walked to the get go gas station to sit down for a few minutes in order to collect my thoughts and organize my situation. This is not about the story but ironically that get go which is always been pretty good to me. Today did not work out at all. Suffice to say I will not be going back. So I walked down to the Fairfield Marriott a block to the east. Talked to a couple people that were outside this morning I had never been in there they said there were good people in there this natural gas infrastructure installer from Georgia was absolutely right. And he was a very forthright and stand up person. And for that matter every person that eyewitness staying there seemed to be extremely satisfied with that establishment. The first person I met did not disappoint at all in fact I was downright impressed and very pleased to meet him. That was the general manager at the front desk his name was ricky. He was wearing a very smart houndstooth plaid blazer and had holiday colored accessories. He just looked like he had all this ducks in a row I quickly explained my situation about my vehicle and that I really didn't need anything but just a place to loiter for about 20 or 30 minutes to get organized and planned for a challenging day. General manager Ricky was so kind and so empathetic and considerate. He went way above and beyond and asked if there was anything I needed asked if I was hungry at all but I like some breakfast. I respectfully declined I had just eaten. Soon thereafter a woman came in that I actually assumed was a patron she came in looking like she was kind of just getting going for the day clean but in sweats and a hoodie and flat soled shoes. like superwoman she transformed pretty quickly into a business woman and she turned out to be I believe a regional sales I'm sorry I'll make a long story short I just want to pay credit where it is due. Everyone that I had contact with employed with this hotel we're all extremely friendly thoughtful considerate and caring people. It was actually pretty nice to have an opportunity to talk with all of these people. Everyone that I talked with this morning made a challenging day a little bit easier. My thank yous and my regards go out to the staff at this Fairfield inn & suites by Marriott Northwest indianapolis. Kudos kudos kudos. I've had so many so-so not so great motel or hotel stays in my life I was disappointed that I wasn't in fact staying there and I was only there for less than an hour. This is good people. After having a less than ideal accommodation elsewhere this hotel and it's staff accommodated us and my family on that same day when we told them our personal situation. Yvette Chandler was very caring and accommodating I would recommend this hotel not only for the rooms but for the exceptional customer service and empathy that they displayed. They truly care!!!!

Had a lovely stay at the hotel. I enjoyed the room, service, breakfast sausages, and strawberries. Every Fairfield is a little different, and the fresh strawberries and pork links are a nice upgrade. It's set in a nice location next to the highway, and I most certaintly prefer Fairfield Inn over the competition. See you next time!

Unfortunately, we didn't get to stay. Our low milage, well maintained, fairly new vehicle developed an issue on our 10 hour trip, and the dealership we limped to, still hundreds of miles from here, couldn't get the part we needed. Staff here was exceptionally kind!!! Took pity, and was very sympathetic and understanding. We look forward to staying here, hopefully soon.

My husband and I had the honor of meeting the General Manager, Ricky D. Hence. He is a very pleasant mam who genuinely knows what he's doing. Courteous, professional and willing to accommodate our needs. Considering my husband was there after his 1st eye surgery, we were extremely grateful. My ONLY complaint was that the cleaning staff started cleaning the breakfast area before we and a couple of other guests finished eating and the chemical they were using made my husband very nauseous. We all left the dining area immediately Everything else about our stay was awesome and we believe that one issue will be fixed once they realize that it affected some of the guests. We will definitely return if we need a place to stay in the future, and we definitely highly recommend this location.
